Feb 21, 2018Excel sheet with data lost when adding a header
Would need a hint to find my lost data on excel sheet after adding a header. The steps I made:
1) added the data on to excel sheet and saved it.
2) I needed to add a header to this excel sheet and I added it and saved it.
After these steps my data was lost & I had only an empty excel sheet with header.
Now I would like to find my data back to this excel sheet SO, any hints to find my data?

- JKPieterseSilver ContributorIn Explorer, right-click the file, choose Properties and on the properties dialog click Previous versions, hoping there are some there. alternatively restore a backup of the file.
Otherwise your data is lost.
