Excel sheet percentage attendance register
Once a week I am required to record attendance for 100+/- people. I have their names down the left-hand column. The top row will include the week number but I need the last column to adjust the percentage as each week's attendance is entered. So for week 26 (this week) I can state the attendance % of an individual.
To calculate any per cent we need to know actual value and available value.
So, how is your weekly attendance is defined - number of days/hours or per cent for the week?
How available hours/days are defined?
