Excel set to read only as default
Whenever i try to open any excel document, whether it's newly created or old one, they open as read only everytime by default. I have unchecked the read only check box under general tab in properties. I have also unchecked the recommended read only check box displayed in dialog box under Tools when saving any new file. I have checked the users under security in properties. All files are saved on local disk. But nothing is changing the read only option.
