Excel selects wrong cell

I can say finally that i managed to solve this extremely annoying issue that rendered Excel totally unusable for me
I tired most of solutions without any luck!
What i did is changing the windows display setting to 100% it was zoomed in to 130%!
Finally Finally!! the issue was permanently resolved for me, now I click on the cells they select correctly
