Excel Security Properties

Is there a way I can move an excel worksheet from one folder to another, either by dragging or copy & paste, while retaining the security properties? Or copy & paste a list of authorized users from one worksheet to another? Whenever I move the worksheet, the users whom I've granted access to the original worksheet no longer have access to the moved worksheet.
