Excel random row

Hi,

I would like to get help with the following:
Lets say I have 3 columns (a,b,c) and each column has the numbers 1 through 5 in it. I would like columns (e,f,g) to return one value from column a b c without repeating a number. So, column e pulls from column a etc and when i look at any row in column e to g there wont be a repeat number like 1 1 4. It is ok for numbers to repeat by column just not by row.
