Excel Problems
ANY time/ all the time I hit F1 for help I get an error and say check network connection. I am connected to the internet and have closed all other open programs.
How do I fix this problem?
Maybe you can explain in more detail here, the specifications of the computer device you have.

- Telegram was it. I deleted it and now F1 in Excel works fine.
Hi, it looks like the app has changed permissions in Windows – Very often, users have problems because of this.
I have a desk top PC about 5 years old.
I have been able to get Help up before, maybe about a month ago.
The only thing I have done is install Telegram.
Other than that I haven't done anything different than I have done for several years.
Si maybe Telegram install has something to do with it?
