Excel Print Area

I have a workbook with four sheets. In each sheet there are sections that I would like to print. I sent under sheet options > print area: and entered the range there but the entire sheet including the blank pages are still printing. I then tried selecting the cells and then rows but still the blank cells are printing.

How can I set up multiple sheets in a workbook to print only selected pages?

  • Demetrius219 have you tried first to set a print area of each sheet and only then choose to print entire Workbook?

    The procedure should be as:

Sheet 1: Select the range -> Set Print Area

    then

Sheet 2: Select the range -> Set Print Area

    then

Sheet 3: Select the range -> Set Print Area

    then

Sheet 4: Select the range -> Set Print Area

    As in example below:

Then click Print (cmd+p on mac or ctrl+p on windows) and select to print entire workbook.

    It should work like this.

    I hope this helps.
