Excel Prevent sharing worksheet but be able to use filters and pivot tables

We have a workbook that contains several tabs of information, within the tabs we have lists of data that filters are needed to sort the information for the user to be able to see the information in different ways, we also have on another tab pivot table with all information collated.

This workbook is to be distributed out to only certain staff so they can view the information, but we want to lock the cells so they cannot edit the information included, but still be able to use the filters and pivot table.

Also want to ensure the information cannot be copied, forwarded or sent to anyone else?
