Check your list views in Sharepoint and make sure that the Power Query that you are running in Excel pulls all columns. It could be that your default view is filtering out all other records besides yours and the Power Query is connected to that view.

its happening with all my queries in PBI and Excel also for lists that have no views. So I guess is more related to my account rather than single list settings. But thanks for the hint.
