Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use Pivot Tables to draw an "offices occupancy table".
I have several rooms occupied temporarily by entities.
One sheet has the full list of all "contracts" (which entity occupies which room betwwen which dates)
I'd like calculate/generate automatically an "office occupancy table" with the following elements :
- each line is a room number (list of all the available rooms)
- each column is a month (jan-2018 -> dec-2020 for instance)
- each cell would then contain the name of the entity occupying that room during that month
Any idea on how the achieve this ?
