Excel pivot not displaying correct data

Hi, I have a pivot table which shows data from 2 adjacent cells (in 2 rows) when I want the data from one row at a time. Basically I values in my pivot table according to data in rows and the problem is that for some of the values the data in two successive rows are added. 

In the screenshot, I have the data I want for 0.4% and 0.6% but I have two values for .7% which is my problem.
