Excel Pivot Calculated Fields from Same Colum

I have a data table which has a column named "Year" which includes 2019, 2018, 2017. I want to create a calculated field called growth which divides 2019/2018 but I only find the field year and not the detail of the column. What can I do?

    If you have Excel 2016 you could load your data to the Data Model and then write a DAX formula. This happens with Power Pivot. Have you got Excel 2016 (or you can get an addin for Excel 2013) ?

    DAX formulas are more flexible and powerful then the older Calculated items/fields in Pivot Tables

      Wyn Hopkins ,as a comment, that's not necessary to have Power Pivot, DAX measure could be added from PivotTable interface if data is added to data model.
