Excel, page set up for printing

Yes, that is what I ended up doing: Manually entering the page number in the top left cell (A1) of each sheet of the tab. You would think MS could have created an automatic numbering system for this operation by now. And makes you wonder why hasn't this question been asked before and fixed long ago.
I have the Office 365 subscription, and talked to two agents about this issue. One said he was not trained in this. The other said, he is trained only to fix "technical" problems and basically would not help me even if he knew how. Makes you wonder, sometimes what you are paying for.
Nevertheless, given that I eventually solved the problem well enough on my own, I am happy with the outcome.

George_R2005 Printing from Excel has had its limitations for as long as I can remember (and I've been using it ever since 1994). Apart from some small improvements there hasn't been much work done on this either. I'm afraid this is what we'll have to put up with for the time being. After all, Excel is a spreadsheet application, not a DTP one.
