Excel or Number querry
Hii I want to show a number like 1234567 as 12,00,000... Please help me, how could change the number as required as above (in excel)........

You need to have set Windows to use the Indian system of grouping digits in the Currency tab of the Customize Format dialog:
As far as I know, you cannot format the number 1234567 itself as 12,00,000 but you can use a formula to display it that way in another cell:
With 1234567 in A1, enter the formula =ROUND(A1, -5) in for example B1, and format the cell with the formula as Number with 0 decimal places and with thousands separators.
