Excel Online - All Sheets Menu Option Greyed out.

Hello - 

I have an issue where the Excel Online is showing the All Sheets Menu greyed out for all excel sheets. This was not an issue yesterday. 
The only way Ive found to turn it back on was to Activate Viewing Mode, then flip it back to editing mode which should not be the way its done, if yesterday it worked just fine when i opened the file. 

How do i get the All Sheets button to turn back on permentantly?

    It's quite annoying....the bug seems to come and go, and doesn't always impact the same people in the group using the spreadsheet.

    This started happening to me weeks ago. Thank you for the quick fix but looking for the permanent solution from Microsoft.

    I don't understand why they would even think to disable it. My team and I use it all the time. After a few days, it looks like it comes back on for now at least. KimmyBook

    Same here. We raise a bug report ticket and talk to our MS contacts about this 🙂
    Let's hope for a quick fix.

      Update: PG had an open Bug for this. :lady_beetle: (no known timeline)

      Workaround: As a workaround I was able to get it to work when I enabled "Viewing" Mode and then it worked again in Edit Mode, but that only worked in the already open file.
      With a new file I had again the problem and had to make again the change between View and Edit.

        According to MS the Bug should now be fixed 🙂

    I can also confirm we are experiencing the same issue. There's nothing on our Microsoft 365 Service Health page about this. Hope to see one posted soon!

Hello - 

I have an issue where the Excel Online is showing the All Sheets Menu greyed out for all excel sheets. This was not an issue yesterday. 
The only way Ive found to turn it back on was to Activate Viewing Mode, then flip it back to editing mode which should not be the way its done, if yesterday it worked just fine when i opened the file.

I don't understand why they would even think to disable it. My team and I use it all the time. After a few days, it looks like it comes back on for now at least. KimmyBook

Workaround: As a workaround I was able to get it to work when I enabled \"Viewing\" Mode and then it worked again in Edit Mode, but that only worked in the already open file.
