Excel office365 Printing error

Hello,

A colleague of mine is getting this error message when trying to print single workbooks from excel, they can print from Word and Pdfs fine but get this error when trying to print from Excel. They are not particularly large workbooks. I have reinstalled the printer but this made no difference and She is on a new PC.

Any Suggestions?
