Excel not working properly since updating to Windows 11

I also continue to have this issue since Windows 11 update.
Have disabled graphics hardware acceleration, uninstalled, reinstalled, diabled all add-ons.... tried just about everything other than uninstalling and reinstalling Windows 11....
This is my work computer and I use excel continuously all day, every day... really with MIcrosoft would solve this issue quickly, or at least provide a reason why its happening so we can further trouble shoot on our end... frustrating....
I also have this issue. My mouse/cursor is basically useless at times. Microsoft still hasn't reacted to this issue? I have a Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, I can't imagine the issue is with the laptop :(.
