Excel New File lagging

I have brand new laptop, windows 10.

I have totally functional office 365 on my business laptop.

I installed office 365 that can go to 5 different devices on my laptop (and that is only one other device) that I am using at home and new excel sheet is lagging so much that is unbearable, I can't select anything without lag.

I am logged in on my home laptop with different address than on my business laptop, because I bought 2 Windows for 2 different laptops. 

I tried literally everything possible (I even uninstalled my Antivirus) from the link before posting here, and nothing helped.

I think it wouldn't be fair if I need to get second Office when they strictly say that you can have one Office on 5 different devices. Also I don't think that would solve the problem because I reinstalled Office couple of times already and Word and Powerpoint works great.
