Excel mobile app

Hi all,

Not to sure if I am doing something wrong, but sometimes after using the (excel mobile app) for around 5 minutes say, when I then try to pull down the top bar nothing happens.

I have to re close the app and re-launch it.

Is there a certain technique to get the top bar to appear
