Excel map chart - regions not recognized

It works in my case
Please note the tool is sensitive to column names, do you use plain text, structured table and/or rich data types. As well as to exact region names.
IMHO, Map Charts doesn't work with suburbs level. Workaround could be to use zip code, but Bilinga and Coolangatta have the same, thus that doesn't actually works.
Still doesn't seem to be working?? any other ideas - see below
