Excel line chart/graph/table/?

I have an excel worksheet with 1750 lines of continuously updating data (real-time voltage and current of a battery for now but want to add additional lines later) that I want to convert to a line chart. A chart that is continuously updating and moving. A dynamic chart?  I've tried a couple of things yet it doesn't quite seem to work as I feel it should. Any help is appreciated.
