Excel Labs : Grid editor open and stay blank
Hie, I have juste installed Excel Lab on my machine : Microsoft® Excel® LTSC MSO (16.0.14334.20688) 64 bits And i have never seen anything in the Grid editor.
I guess that's Excel 2021. If so Excel Labs shall work with it. At least AFE, not sure about other components. If right pane is blank that could be issue with internet connection (settings, firewall). Also clean of Office cache could help. Or simple restart.
Based on what I have been able to see and research, Excel LTSC 16.0 with a build number in the 14334.x range corresponds to the initial release of Office LTSC 2021 (the perpetual license version released in October 2021), judging by the number the user provided.

Thanks for the clarification. AFE works with any Excel starting from Excel 2016. If we speak about AFE, not LABS.GENERATIVEAI and Python Editor.
