You must not use direct references. These are moved with the insertion of cells. I would advise you to use the OFFSET() function.
You only need one formula in cell A14:
=IF(ISBLANK(OFFSET(Table1!A2,0,0,100)),"",OFFSET(Table1!A2,0,3,100))
