Excel in the Browser

I have an Excel file with links to another Excel file on a Teams site (aka SharePoint site).  I want it so that, when my Excel file opens IN A WEB BROWSER, I don't get the Security Warning that "External Data Connections have been disabled."  I have tried all the Trust Center settings, but these seem to only fix the problem (no security warnings) when you open in the file in Excel (the application); that is, I still get the warning when opening the file in the browser (as well as opening it in Teams itself).  So, the question is is there any way to avoid this warning (and having to Enable Content) when opening the Excel file in a browser?
