Excel in Microsoft Office

I have Microsoft Office 365 and I have Windows 11.
I am trying to find and replace money in my excel program and I am having trouble.

I tried Youtube and it keeps telling me to check Values in Options but the drop down box doesn't have that option it is just Formulas. Help.
