Excel, (if)
I need to see, three possibility result to an argument IE; is say A1 =to, >than or,< than B1, (true, false, or even) to show symbols up down, or (↔↓↑)

If you want to show these arrows based on the logical test, please try this formula:
=IF(A1=B1,UNICHAR(8596),IF(A1>B1,UNICHAR(8593),UNICHAR(8595)))
NOTE: the above formula compatible only with Excel 2013 and later.
