Excel IF / Then help Journal entries

Hello all,

I need help creating a formula and not sure how to get it working...please help.

I am trying to write something that say..if the adjustment is in a credit position then debit account 12345 and credit 67890.

If the adjustment is in a debit position then debit 67890 and credit 12345.
