Excel-Horizontal-Scroll-Bar-Missing
The horizontal scroll bar is missing on my spreadsheet.
The vertical scroll bar is working OK
The boxes for Horizontal and vertical scroll bars are both ticked.
The horizontal scroll bar disappeared some time ago and I cannot get it to show up.
How can I overcome this problem?

What is to the right in your screenshot? Two options - you may move 3dots to very right
or keep them somewhere in the middle
