Excel Horizontal scroll bar drag not working

I tried recreating the problem. It seems to have something to do with hiding the 'extra' columns to the right of the end of all the sheet's data. Say you only have column A filled with data, and you wanted to hide all the columns after column A. It might be because Excel adjusts the horizontal scroll bar size based on the number of columns in view. It gets all funky when you hide the extra columns.
