Whenever I click on Help or Contact Support in excel, I receive the message, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check network connection and try again." I have been getting this message for se...
It's usually the M365 account. This issue gets reported a few times a week here. First place to check is File | Account. If there's a 'fix account' button you can attempt to resolve the issue. If there's no 'fix' button, try Sign Out/Sign in.
Thank you. I did the "fix acccount" route, and help is working now!
