Excel Help
Hi All,
I am having a nightmare trying to figure out something in excel.
Right so here it goes as I try to explain, I have data in cell I2 which states at the moment 8-8 and due to my conditional formatting the cell highlights red and if I change it to for example 6-1 it will highlight yellow which is all fine, but in cell J2 I need it to insert one of 4 options (Key Player, Keep Informed, Moniter and Keep satisfies) dependent on the colour of the cell in I2.
Could anyone please help?

You may use same formulas as in your conditional formatting rules to select text value for J2
