very interesting. You've just given me hope I might find a way of doing a similar thing for a clickable map of the human body.

Not sure if I got it right. But think that you might be looking for something like that in this direction. Anyway, maybe that will bring you closer to your goal.

yeah that was the sort of thing I was thinking of, but its colours are changed by values in a table, I just want to be able to click.
I've found some VBA code to change the colour of a shape when I click it, but it only toggles it off, not on.
