Excel Help

I have a row with 4 cells with text value ("L" or "H"). I want a formula that can compare the combination of letters in one row of 4 cells to a table on the 2nd tab. The table has different combinations of the letters L and H. Once the 4 cells match a combination on the table on the 2nd tab I would like the name of the combination to appear next to the 4 cells on the first tab.

Thanks in advance

Yes it's in the file I attached. I used & to join all 4 letters into 1 cell and then did a lookup on that value in the other table.

I used INDEX MATCH for the lookup. The MATCH part works out which row has a match, then the INDEX part brings back the corresponding Name from that row.
