Excel Help, Sort Columns keep rows the same!

Hello,

Would love some feed back and help on this.

I have a bunch of data that is all grouped together. There are about 300 rows of data. And 100 or so columns to go through. 

All of the data in each row is specific to each other. I'd like to have the ability to keep all the rows the same while being able to sort the columns and trim the fat (aka get rid of some of the rows I don't need).

Example

So like, I want to be able to sort column AC by number. And delete all numbers greater than 50,000 . But I don't want the sort to compromise the rows. 

Example 2:

I want to sort column H by Alphabetical, but I also want the rows to stay together so that I can find the rows that have undesirable characteristics and delete them. 

I tried doing this in google sheets but it only lets me "freeze" 10 rows at a time and considering that I have 300 rows that is not helpful!
