Excel Header trouble

Hi all,

I cannot seem to edit text in my header... The header has split into 3 boxes and no alignment or changes except changing the actual characters is possible with the text. I gave this document to marketing to have the image inserted and now the header is locked. All tabs are greyed out and I can't Highlighted text needs to be bigger and aligned right... would like to get rid of the boxes tooeven reverse it! Help!

    hi fooddotfacts

     

    You should be able to highlight your text and then go to the Home menu to format it

    Also, the grey boxes shouldn't actually print, they are just a guide

    Can you get back to your normal file by clicking the icons in the bottom right corner?
