Excel has a serious delay and over 50000KB - how do I close all and stop delay?
Excel is running slow, has tens of thousands more KB than normal, and little dots all over the screen

Your message lacks a lot of details. Maybe explain what you are trying to do will help.
But I do know that MS-Excel workbosks can get corrupted and that is terrible to have happen.
