Excel formula help

I have an excel sheet of 4,000 names with some of the data having First and last name in 2 columns. Others with first, middle and last in three columns and others with company names separated by each individual word in one column. I am trying to figure out the easiest way of formatting these names into first, ,middle and last and company names at the bottom of the list. Please help me.
