How do I carry the formula total from one sheet to another sheet within the same file name?

My workbook has 20 different 'worksheets' within it. The first is a combination of every employee and their off time. I would like to carry the totals over to each employee's individual 'worksheet' by using a formula on that individual's worksheet. How do I write the formula to use a total from one cell in one worksheet to show in a cell in another worksheet?
