Excel formatting issue

Hello,

 

I am having an issue finding proper format to put into formula:

=TEXT(IF(A32=A31;B31;"");"<issue here>"), text that has to be put if criteria are meet is "U1P1" and it absolutely has to be as text because it will be uploaded via template to SAP.

 

The value i want to display is not calculated from anything it is just taken from another text cell. So far i tried combinations of @ and 0 but they don't seem to work.

 

Any one has any idea how to make it work?

    Could you layout a quick example or ideally add a screenshot ?
