EXCEL FORM

I have created an playing card score sheet and want to use it - then erase the scores when finished to be able to reuse the form.  When I erase the scores - it also erases the formulas at the end of the columns.

Is there a way to protect the formulas on the form -so the form can be reused when the scores are erased?
