Excel for Solidworks 2021
SolidWorks 2021 officially supports Excel 2019 or Excel 2021 for design tables, so Office 365 might not work correctly, especially with embedded Excel functionalities.
Alternative you can try Office 365:
If you prefer to keep Office 365, you might be able to install an older version of Excel (2019/2021) through your Microsoft 365 subscription, but this isn't guaranteed.
If you’re using SolidWorks 2021 professionally and If you want guaranteed compatibility, install Excel 2019 from your Home & Student subscription and remove Office 365 completely. That way, you get guaranteed compatibility without worrying about updates breaking functionality.

Hello
Thank you so much, yes I think the best solution would be to continue to use Excel 2019 from my Home & Student subscription and remove Office 365 completely, there is just one issue, I think I only can install this version on one PC, and I really don't want to uninstall it on my laptop as I want to run Solidworks on both, are there any workaround for this, maybe by the same version again, or is it possible to run it on two PC if one not use them at the same time? It is available for download at my account.

Your concern is valid—Office Home & Student 2019 is typically licensed for one device only.
Since SolidWorks 2021 officially supports Excel 2019 or Excel 2021, you need a solution that ensures full compatibility without issues.
Maybe these workarounds can help…
Transfer Your Excel 2019 License Between PCs (One Active at a Time)
If your Office Home & Student 2019 license is for one PC only, you can:
Deactivate Office on one PC (your laptop) from your Microsoft Account.
Install Excel 2019 on your new PC and activate it with the same license.
If you need Excel on your laptop again, repeat the process by deactivating it on the new PC and reinstalling it on the laptop.
With this workaround, you have no extra cost and you can't use Excel on both PCs at the same time.
Buy a Second Standalone Excel 2019 License
Since you want Excel 2019 on two devices, the most stable solution is to purchase another license for Excel 2019.
With this workaround, you have guaranteed compatibility. No deactivation hassle but Extra cost.
Your issue, your choice 🙂

Thank you again, I think for me the best solution is to buy a new license, but I've looked around and can not find a 2019 or 2021 licence, how can I do that?
