Excel for Mac Dropdown Menu not working

Hello On my Excel for Mac, the Dropdown Menu in an Excel Sheet is not working. Can you please help ? Thanks!

Have you select the correct range or the list in the data validation list, could it be possible to attach the sample file to understand the issue. Is the issue only with this file or all the workbooks.
