excel for landlord templet.

I want to manage a number of properties using an excel templet that's simplified and basic enough that all I need to do is enter the properties and details then track the rent. I saw a video on youtube with a templet in excel, but I couldn't find the templet myself.

Is there no templet for landlords on excel?
