Excel for IPad Pro (3rd generation)

How can I get the excel Analysis Toolpak on my iPad Pro (3rd generation)? I have tried downloading the XLSTAT add-on statistical software for Mac and the StatPlus:mac LE for free from AnalystSoft as options. However, when I download the files and try opening them they are empty and blank.
