Excel Find and replace

Hi! How can I replace values in my worksheet without including those I already replaced? I'm having trouble please I need help. Thanks in Advance.

  • You an use Find and Replace feature. Select the column(s) that contains the value to replace and execute CTRL + H.

    Type in the value to Find and the value to Replace with

    Best to my knowledge there is no tracking of the replace value, except you need to do undo

    But may there are 2 ways to work around 

    1. You can activate the tracking changes feature to see what changes are made.

    2. Replace the cell value, make sure you select them at one go and give them a different color, next time when you replace use the advance option is replace by selecting specific cell format.
