excel filter

how to filter data from multiple sheets into one sheet ? i mean for example.--if there are 3 different sheets in single workbook .Each sheets having some columns identical, then how can i filter that identical column from all 3 sheets into one sheet. Since, we can filter separately sheet-wise but not in a single sheet. please support.
