excel file will not print
I can print from email but excel or word will not print
I have same problem - file will not print - all excel files, old or newly created. I am not computer savvy.
The only thing I could recommend is to delete and reinstall the printer drivers.
At the same time, I recommend performing a general Windows and Office update.
