Excel file password recovery

Hi, I forgot the password for my Excel document created with Office 2007. The document is stored on OneDrive and has the extension .xlsx.
How can I recover it?
I have already tried several password recovery tools, but without success.

    Good evening Samyuktha1820,
    I watched both YouTube videos, but I couldn't open the ZIP file.

     

    The error message says: "Unable to open the folder. The compressed folder is not valid".

     

    Why this happens?
