Excel field formula

Hi,

I have the above pivot in Excel, and would like to have the Ratio field calculated as per cell O21. Thus 70% core plus 30% non-core.

The current calculation used is =Complete / Incomplete.

Please advise how I can update this formula to achive the 0.13573 ratio (cell O21).
